Free introductory lesson

The introductory lesson lasts 30 minutes and is free of charge. Its purpose is to discuss your goals, try suitable activities, and identify a practical next step. There’s no obligation to book paid lessons afterward.

Booking confirmation

Your lesson is reserved when you receive a confirmation from Calendly. Please check the date, time, and time zone shown in that message.

Canceling or rescheduling

If you need to change your free lesson, use the cancellation or rescheduling link in your Calendly confirmation as early as possible. That releases the time for someone else.

Late arrival and missed sessions

If you arrive late, the lesson may still need to finish at the originally scheduled time. If you can’t attend, please cancel or reschedule rather than leaving the appointment unused.

Paid lessons

Options for continuing, including scheduling, payment, and cancellation terms, will be explained clearly before you purchase or confirm any paid lessons. Prices aren’t listed publicly on this website.

Technical problems

If a technical issue prevents the lesson from taking place, Carlos will contact you to arrange a new time where practical.
